Travel

Travel is free within one hour of Boise. Locations farther away may include a travel fee, as described when you book.

Delivery and usage

We aim to deliver completed photos, videos and 3D tours within 24 hours for typical properties. Delivered media may be used by you to market the listed property. Matterport 3D tours are hosted while the listing is active and can be reactivated if the listing returns. We may use delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us otherwise.

Payment terms are shown at booking. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel a shoot.

Phone calls and text messaging

Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated AI assistant. By contacting us by phone, chat or text, you agree that we may text you about your request, such as booking links, appointment details and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided as described, and to the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
