These Terms of Service apply to your use of luxuryrealestateproductions.com and to the real estate photography, video, drone and Matterport 3D tour services provided by Luxury Real Estate Productions ("we", "us", "our") in Boise and the Treasure Valley, Idaho. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Services and bookings

Services, pricing and available dates are shown on our Book Online page. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. Please make sure the property is accessible and ready on the scheduled date and time. We may need to reschedule because of weather, safety or access issues.

Travel

Travel is free within one hour of Boise. Locations farther away may include a travel fee, as described when you book.

Delivery and usage

We aim to deliver completed photos, videos and 3D tours within 24 hours for typical properties. Delivered media may be used by you to market the listed property. Matterport 3D tours are hosted while the listing is active and can be reactivated if the listing returns. We may use delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you tell us otherwise.

Payment and cancellations

Payment terms are shown at booking. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel a shoot.

Phone calls and text messaging

Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated AI assistant. By contacting us by phone, chat or text, you agree that we may text you about your request, such as booking links, appointment details and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Text message program: Luxury Real Estate Productions sends text messages to people who call our business line at 208-629-4080 and agree to receive them. During the call, our automated assistant asks, "Is it okay if I text you a link to our website and online booking page?" We send a text only after the caller clearly says yes. Texts are limited to our website and online booking link, appointment details, and follow-ups on the caller's request. Message frequency varies by request, typically one message per call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help, or call 208-629-4080. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided as described, and to the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
